February 2026 Update

THC SHOP FAMILY, we are BACK!

After months of uncertainty, court dates, and rebuilding behind the scenes, we are officially reopening!

Last fall, our warehouse was raided and operations stopped overnight. It was serious. It shook us. But we handled it the right way, stayed patient, and cleared hurdle after hurdle so we can move forward with confidence.

This event deeply shifted our perspective. Our mission has become stronger than ever.

It reminded us that what we are building is part of a much longer story.

Just weeks before the raid, we had finished building something we called our THC Museum.

It’s a wall inside our office tracing the long history of cannabis, from ancient civilizations, to the war on drugs, to modern reform. It was meant to show where we fit into that story.

Then, a few weeks later, we unexpectedly became part of it.

The larger fight is still moving. The national hemp landscape is shifting fast. If you care about protecting legal hemp and making sure this industry has a future, we put together a simple breakdown of what is happening and what can still be done:

January 2026 Update

Hey Everyone! We are BEYOND excited to announce that we are planning on returning in just a few weeks, this February!

The last few months have been a lot for our team, but we never stopped fighting for this business and for this community. 

Earlier this week we cleared a major hurdle in court, which is what now allows us to move forward with confidence toward reopening.

Here’s what that means for you:

• Your favorite products are coming back.
• Your subscriptions will be able to resume soon.
• And we are rebuilding with the same mission, just stronger and more focused than ever.

We know the shutdown was frustrating. It wasn’t our choice, and we appreciate your patience more than you know. The love and support you showed us during this time honestly kept us going.

What happened was not about our products or our standards. We were caught up in broader enforcement actions that affected many hemp businesses in our area, and across South Carolina. We stood our ground, and that’s why we’re still here.

If you’ve been with us since day one or you’re new here, just know this. We’re still the same team. Same mission. Same community. Just battle tested.

November 2025 Update

First, thank you. 

The messages, the patience, the love from this community, we’ve felt all of it. It means everything to us.

We’re aware that orders and subscriptions have been interrupted recently. The recent disruption to our business was outside of our control, but we are actively handling it through the proper legal channels to make sure everything continues safely and correctly.

We want to reassure our community of a few things: 

• We are here for you
• Our community is still our #1 priority
• We are working every day to resume as fast as possible

There have recently been multiple enforcement actions involving several hemp businesses and retailers in our area. We can’t comment on any legal matters while they are ongoing, but our legal team is fully engaged and we are following every required step to resolve things as fast as possible.

If you’re reading this, it means we’re still here, we’re beyond grateful for you, and we’re continuing to move forward, not backward.
