Shipping Policy

We offer same day shipping Monday-Friday if ordered by 12pm ET!

Here’s how it works:

Once you place your order, it takes anywhere from 0-24 hours to process and package everything just right. (0-72+ hours if ordered over the weekend, or during busy holiday seasons and sales.)

If you order before 12pm Eastern M-F, your package will be sent out that same day!

After we hand off your package to USPS for delivery, you can expect your package to arrive in the time frame you selected at checkout.

Remember, we don’t ship on weekends or during major holidays, so keep that in mind when placing your order!

Economy Shipping • 3-7 Business Days

FREE on orders over $99! For orders between $5.99 – $98.99, it’s just $4.20!

Priority Shipping • 2-4 Business Days

Need it a bit quicker? Upgrade to priority for only $11.99, and we’ll get it to you faster!

Platinum Express Shipping • Overnight-2 Business Days

For when you absolutely need your goodies ASAP—choose express shipping for $49.99 and you’ll have it in no time, overnight in most cases! Please order before 12pm Eastern M-F to ensure your package is sent out that same day. NOTE: We do not ship out over the weekend, so if you order Friday afternoon for example, it will not be able to ship out until Monday at the earliest.

Shipping Time Estimates

Your order will arrive based on the shipping option you select at checkout. Economy shipping typically takes 3-7 business days (most orders arrive in about 3-5 days, once shipped). Priority shipping usually arrives in 2-4 business days, and express shipping gets to you in 1-3 business days.

Since we’re located in sunny South Carolina, delivery times can vary based on where you are.

Estimated arrival times with Economy Shipping, based on location:

East Coast? Expect about 2-3 days. Midwest? Around 3-5 days. West Coast? You’re looking at about 4-7 days.

Signature Requirements

Signatures are only required for purchases over $300, but for all other products and purchases signatures are not required.

In the past we used to ask for it, but we’ve taken your feedback to heart. Recognizing that not everyone is home all the time and understanding the dislike for added costs, we decided to do away with the signature requirement. We also understand that the signing process may not be everyone’s preference, especially for products that were once considered somewhat intimidating to receive. As long-time stoners ourselves, we understand the importance of ease and discretion. This is why we are so happy to offer our customers their preferred delivery experience.

Where Do We Ship?

We proudly ship to almost every corner of the U.S., except for U.S. Military Bases (out of respect for Armed Forces policies.) Before you place your order, please check your local laws—some products have shipping restrictions in certain states.

Registered Hemp Mailer

We’re a registered hemp mailer with USPS, which means we’re fully approved to ship hemp products through the United States Postal Service network. They have our lab reports on file, so you can rest easy knowing everything is above board, safe, and all good to go!

Address Changes

Oops! Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? No worries at all! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet (you’ll get a tracking email when it does), we can update your address. Just shoot us an email at Support@thcshop.co with your order number and the new address ASAP!
