How long will my products take to ship?
Your package will arrive 3-6 business days after it ships, and your package will be processed, packaged, and shipped out of our office in <72 hours after your order is placed!

When you place your order, expect your USPS tracking information to arrive in your email within 72 hours after your purchase.

We are located in South Carolina so if you live on the east coast, your package will arrive in about 2-3 days. It’s closer to 3-4 days if you live in the midwest, and about 4-6 days if you live on the west coast. Time to get excited!

I put the wrong address for my order! Can I update it?
Yes! As long as we haven’t sent out your package yet (you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number) then we may still be able to change your address! Just reach out to us ASAP here or email Support@thcshop.co with your order # and the updated address!

Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We deeply understand the importance of discretion and value your privacy. Our packages are shipped in unmarked packaging without any logos or indications of the contents inside. We use smell-reducing poly mailers to keep our products safe and secure. We take great care to ensure that your products are delivered in a discreet manner, protecting your privacy throughout the process.

Is the packaging smell-proof?

First, your products are packaged in smell proof bags. Next, they are placed and sealed inside of a sturdy shipping box for protection and discretion. Lastly, we wrap the shipping box in a poly mailer, for extra discretion and smell protection. We also include a legal hemp disclaimer inside each package to ensure that your product is delivered safely and quickly.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Only for vapes and orders over $300, but for our other products and purchases, nope, no signature required.

In the past we used to ask for it, but we’ve taken your feedback to heart. Recognizing that not everyone is home all the time and understanding the dislike for added costs, we decided to do away with the signature requirement. We also understand that the signing process may not be everyone’s preference, especially for products that were once considered somewhat intimidating to receive. As long-time stoners ourselves, we understand the importance of ease and discretion. This is why we are so happy to offer our customers their preferred delivery experience.

All vape orders require 21+ ID verification per the 2021 PACT Act.

Just about! We proudly offer shipping services to customers across the entire United States, excluding U.S. Military Bases, due to Armed Forces Policy.
