Platform rules
TikTok
- Do not show cannabis consumption on camera (smoking, vaping, ingesting)
- Do not make health or medical claims
- Do not target content at users under 21
Instagram & Facebook
- Do not directly promote the sale of cannabis products
- Avoid showing the act of consumption
- Do not make medical or therapeutic claims
YouTube
- Age-restrict all cannabis content
- No direct promotion of cannabis sales
- Consumption must be gated behind age verification
Brand restrictions — all platforms
- No medical or health claims (e.g. “this cures anxiety”)
- Do not imply THC Shop products are FDA-approved
- Never show or imply minors consuming or purchasing products
- Do not use THC Shop logos or assets without team approval

TikTok strategy: how to go viral without getting flagged
TikTok doesn’t allow direct promotion of hemp, Delta 8, or cannabis products — but the most successful affiliates don’t need to. The goal is to make content that feels completely organic, drives massive views, and converts through your bio link. Here’s exactly how to do it.
1. Never directly promote the products
TikTok’s algorithm flags direct promotion of substances like Delta 8 THC, hemp flowers, and edibles. Violating these rules can get your content removed — or your account banned. Instead, use indirect storytelling that integrates the brand naturally.

2. Lead with storytelling
Storytelling gets your audience invested without risking a violation. Share personal experiences and relatable weed content from your own perspective. Your audience should feel like they’re watching a friend’s life — not an ad.
3. Educate your audience
Most people have no idea they can legally have weed shipped to their door. Most also don’t know that THCa is essentially the same as what they’re already used to. Informative content is one of the safest and highest-converting formats — it feels genuine, and it moves people to action.
4. Promote the lifestyle, not the product

Affiliate portal hack — estimate your sales
A normal conversion rate is 0.1%–1%, which means you can expect roughly 1 order per 100–1,000 link clicks (referrals).
A “referral” = any click on your link (including your own). So the more people you get to click, the more orders you’ll generate. Focus your energy on driving link clicks.

Tier 3 and 4 affiliates are paid weekly via Cash App. Tier 2 is paid in store credit once you hit the threshold — $50+ earned, from $500+ in sales, with 5 separate orders all within one year.
After signing your agreement and creating your Goaffpro account, our team sets up your code and commission — usually within 1 business day. You’ll see it in your dashboard when it’s live.
Tier 3 and 4 affiliates are asked to post at least 3 videos per month. Tier 5 requirements are in your retainer agreement.
